The Study Visit at ZHP National Jamboree (10th-12th August 2018) is an additional optional visit for those interested in seeing the site and learning more about programme, logistics and organization of ZHP Jamboree, with 13 000 participants, as it’s treated also as a preparatory event before the European Jamboree.

Apart from the Study Visit, we plan to have three Heads of Contingent Meetings before the European Jamboree in 2020. We recommend that all Contingents send representatives to AT LEAST ONE of these visits. The first visit is planned for November 2018.

We are very happy to inform you that thanks to a grant obtained by The Polish Scouting and Guiding Association from the Polish Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Study Visit is free of charge and participating NSOs and MOs will also get a 200 EUR travel grant for one person per country.

As the ZHP National Jamboree is organised at the same venue where the European Jamboree will be organized, the Study Visit is a great opportunity to see the campsite, learn more about the programme, logistics and organization of the ZHP Jamboree, explore Gdańsk and Kashubia Region, as well interact with  Polish Scouts and Guides.

We strongly encourage you to take part in the Study Visit!
