Cercetaşii României is the primary national Scouting organisation of Romania. Founded in 1913, it became a member of the World Organisation of the Scout Movement in 1993. The coeducational organisation has 3,500 members as of 2014.
The Head of Contingent is Emanuel Hadâmbu.
