Join in Jamboree: Why? For Who?

The Join in Jamboree is created especially for Scouts and Guides who cannot attend the European Jambore in Gdańsk this summer but want to be part of it and ACT from their own place!
The Join in Jamboree is giving the possibility to challenge yourself and connect with Scouts and Guides from all over the world by ACTing at any time, whenever you want, wherever you are.

Join In Jamboree = Be Part of The European Jamboree!

So what’s the Join in Jamboree? Join in Jamboree is more than 100 ideas for games, about the 17 UN Sustainable Development Goals. These games are here to give you the possibility to learn more about the SDGs but also have a discussion to raise the Scouts’ and Guides’ awareness regarding sustainability in general. Join in Jamboree allows everyone -who wants it- to open their mind to the world, build their opinions and share it with others.
All the games are based on the three pillars of the European Jamboree 2020: Wake Up, Look Around and ACT! According to the pillars, we created different types of activities and put them in a way so everyone can understand them and make them with just basic materials in any place.

Saving the planet is not an easy thing to do, it’s a huge challenge. Maybe the biggest challenge of this century! So we wanted to create a competition to get you involved as much as you can! To really feel the pressure, you have to ACT against time and so every game is limited on time. And so, every game is limited on time. Each game will give you a certain amount of points. You will all compete together to reach the maximum number of points!
